Warranty and returns

To make a warranty, follow these steps:

1. Making a warranty
Contact us by phone by calling +48 55 234 6918 or by e-mail at biuro@ideatronik.com. 

2. Form warranty / return
Complete the return / complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and reason for the complaint, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect. 

3. Product return
When submitting a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice. 

4. Shipping
The claimed product should be sent to the following address:

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, complete the necessary statement and send it to our address along with the returned product / products:

To the package with the statement and the returned product / products, also attach all the accessories received with it, as well as the receipt or invoice.

You will receive the refund within few days after we receive your package (to the card or account you used while placing the order).
